aDvens has been named a Leader in two quadrants of the ISG Provider Lens™ Cybersecurity – Solutions and Services 2024 report. This double recognition, in the Managed Security Services – SOC (Midmarket) and Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) categories, underscores aDvens’ commitment to delivering innovative solutions tailored to the needs of its clients and the European cybersecurity market.

Managed Security Services – SOC (Midmarket)

In the Managed Security Services – SOC (Midmarket) quadrant, aDvens has emerged as a Leader thanks to its mySOC service. This distinction highlights aDvens’ ability to offer services that meet the specific needs of midmarket businesses. This often-overlooked segment is experiencing significant growth in France, with a rising demand for outsourced SOC services, particularly due to the increasing number of cyberattacks targeting these types of companies.”

A Flexible and Scalable SOC Service

aDvens’ mySOC service stands out for its flexibility and customer-centric approach. It allows businesses to optimize their cybersecurity investments while ensuring ongoing protection against threats. “aDvens’ open XDR mySOC platform provides comprehensive visibility, data enrichment, multi-layer detection, continuous protection, automated remediation, and an interactive portal for efficient cybersecurity management,” states the Managed Security Services – SOC (Midmarket) report.

The mySOC offering is also based on a risk-centric approach, ensuring that each customer benefits from personalized solutions tailored to their operational context through a unique cybersecurity journey. aDvens’ commitment to transparency and cost-effectiveness is demonstrated by ongoing support provided by dedicated technical experts: SOC analysts and reference analysts.

A Collaborative Approach

aDvens places human relationships at the heart of its service offering. Each customer has a dedicated point of contact, the SOC Manager, who ensures close collaboration between the customer’s operational security teams and the aDvens SOC. The SOC Manager also leads key committees and interactions that drive the collaboration. This partnership model enables smooth and efficient incident management while guaranteeing uninterrupted support to minimize the impact of cyberattacks.

aDvens differentiates itself through strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Crowdstrike, Sentinel One, Nozomi, and Microsoft, thereby strengthening its ability to offer integrated solutions. aDvens also relies on its own customer portal which provides businesses with simplified cybersecurity management through full visibility into their events and tailored reports. It also grants them access to the foundational elements of their service, such as the surveillance plan and communication agreement.

Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) or CSIRT

aDvens has also been named a Leader in the Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR), or CSIRT, category. This recognition highlights the company’s advanced capabilities in cybersecurity crisis management and incident response. In fact, aDvens’ ability to identify, analyze, and remediate incidents was a key factor in its positioning at the top of this quadrant.

Expertise and Accreditation

One of aDvens’ primary strengths lies in its Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT), which is ready to respond rapidly to major incidents. The CSIRT is one of the two teams that make up the aDvens CERT, alongside the CTI, responsible for threat intelligence. The aDvens CERT is recognized for its professionalism, particularly thanks to its PRIS qualification obtained from the ANSSI for both its CSIRT and CTI teams, guaranteeing the competence and professionalism of its teams in the most sensitive environments.

To carry out incident response missions, the CSIRT team relies on aDvens’ internal resources. This agility allows it to offer skills adapted to the entire cybersecurity spectrum. Thus, during an incident with clients who have a Security Operations Center (SOC), the team works in conjunction with the client’s operational security teams.

The aDvens CERT is distinguished by its proactive approach to crisis management. “Drawing on its strong technical and organizational crisis management capabilities, the Advens team is ready to respond rapidly to emerging cyber threats, to effectively extinguish the fire while implementing measures to mitigate the risk of recurrence,” states the Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) report.

aDvens’ Innovation to Meet Market Demands

aDvens has successfully innovated and adapted its services to meet the ever-evolving needs of the cybersecurity market. Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) are increasingly being called upon to deliver integrated solutions that go beyond simple security monitoring. aDvens addresses this demand by offering a comprehensive range of services, from threat monitoring and detection to rapid incident response.

Furthermore, aDvens sets itself apart by its ability to combine traditional managed security services with innovations such as automation, big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML). Thanks to these technologies, aDvens provides its clients with a unified approach to operational security, operated by a team of nearly 200 multidisciplinary experts to cover all of their perimeters (IT, endpoints, Cloud, OT/IoT) without compromising on security.
